Two Bridges Tower

Two Bridges Tower, located at 82 Rutgers Slip, includes 198 units of mixed-income housing and an adjoining row of small shops. Two Bridges Neighborhood Council and Settlement Housing Fund developed and now own this 21-story project.

59 of the apartments are reserved for formerly homeless families, and 39 for low-income families. To serve the special needs of the project's diverse group of tenants, particularly the formerly homeless families, Hamilton-Madison House provides on-site social services and activities. These include after-school and summer camp programs for children. Cabrini Eldercare operates an onsite rehabilitation center for residents returning home after a hospital stay.

Completed in 1997, Two Bridges Tower was the final project to be developed in the Two Bridges Urban Renewal Area.
