Two Bridges Senior Apartments (80 Rutgers Slip)

Completed in 1989, the Two Bridges Senior Apartments provides 109 units of housing for the elderly and disabled. The federal and city governments provide subsidies, tax reductions, and loans and to keep the rents affordable.

In 2007, we completed a major renovation that included the new Frank T. Modica Community Room, a new building entrance, an emergency generator, landscaping, and upgrades to all the apartments.

Two Bridges Senior Apartments Services, operated by Hamilton-Madison House, provides on-site social services, meals, and activities.
