This Is Our River

Two Bridges Neighborhood Council, in partnership with Immigrant Social Services, The River Project, and SHoP Architects, is planning and fundraising for a new education program for middle school students at PS 126, which borders the East River at Catherine Street.

The program, called This Is Our River, will offer math and science projects centering on the East River and the upcoming waterfront restoration. These will include hands-on environmental workshops, as well as design projects based on the work that architects and urban designers will be doing during the restoration process.
