Land's End I

Land's End I, located at 275 Cherry Street, was co-developed by Two Bridges Neighborhood Council and Settlement Housing Fund. This 19-story tower, completed in 1977, includes 260 units of federally subsidized Mitchell Lama housing. Rents are approximately $400 for a two-bedroom apartment.

Land's End I is owned by a limited partnership, whose investors received tax benefits for purchasing equity in low and moderate-income housing. 40 percent of the apartments are occupied by very low-income families, who receive substantial rent subsidies from the federal government.
