A Chinese martial art involving slow continuous movements. Tai Chi is a low impact, weight-bearing, aerobic, strength-bearing exercise. Tai Chi is known to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and immune function, while reducing pain, fatigue, and blood pressure.
Free. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, but this class is most appropriate for adults.
This class takes place every Monday from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
